Randy started in advertising over 20 years ago after a stint as a teacher in Teach for America. It was working as an intern at BBDO where he realized he wanted to become an art director. Ever since, he’s worked as both art director and creative director on a diverse range of brands that have included McDonald’s, Timberland, ESPN, Jack Daniel’s, Wendy’s, Comcast, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. He’s spent time working for Doner in Baltimore, Red Tettemer in Philly, and Arnold Worldwide in Boston. He eventually chucked it all and moved out to Boulder to freelance at local agencies including Crispin Porter + Bogusky and SRG. Randy graduated from the School of Journalism at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
