Wade Paschall

Creative Director

Wade Paschall has spent 23 years in the advertising business as copywriter and creative director, working for agencies large and small, on both coasts and in between. A native of Lawrence, Kansas, Wade attended the University of Kansas and remains a dyed-in-the-wool Jayhawk. Like any good Midwesterner, after college he packed up his car and headed for the coast. His first job was as an account guy at a small shop in Orange County, California. Wade eventually moved to the creative side and to Los Angeles to work for BBDO West and then across town to Ogilvy, LA. His stint at Ogilvy took him to the New York office to work on brands such as IBM, American Express, and Duracell. In 1995, Wade left the big agency life to help start the creative boutique agency CORE in St. Louis, garnering numerous industry awards and a place on Graphis’ list of the World’s Ten Most Creative Agencies. After ten years at CORE, it was back to the East Coast and big agency life when Wade took the position of Global Creative Director for the Jack Daniel’s brand at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. In 2010, Wade moved to Colorado to lead the creative department of a small agency in Boulder and in 2012 became a founding partner at Grenadier.
